In my professional avatar, I am a Digital Advisor / Enterprise Architect with Microsoft. Prior to this, I was heading technology for APAC at Dun & Bradstreet where my key responsibilities included consolidation of the IT function at a regional level and supporting the business growth of the Asia Pacific markets. Over the last 22 years, have held key positions with IBM and TCS where I worked with clients in the CRM / BI domains across diverse industries. That being said, Accidental Technologist describes me best (and aptly). I am more of a Digital Dreamer who is passionately interested in how technology can improves the lives of ordinary citizens and the enterprises of tomorrow.
I am still working my way through the IMDB Top 250 list. Just loved comics in my formative years (and continue to do so). Growing up, Commando used to be my favourite. In fact, all my World War II and a large part of all the history I know was through this series. For those familiar with the Indrajal Comics series, the Ghost Who Walks (Phantom) and Mandrake were constant companions too. Had my own bound versions of them all. And finally, Amar Chitra Katha which Anant Pai gave India – in my opinion this should be recommended reading in all schools in India.
